Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools and outreach
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and styling advice
• Use text and social media to grow relationships and support digital selling
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, price markdowns, and keeping the department customer ready
• Open and grow customer accounts in the rewards program
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
