Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales both in-store and through digital channels, using tools such as text and social media. Cultivate and grow lasting customer relationships while offering honest styling and fit advice. Support department presentation and merchandising to maintain a customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using available selling tools.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide personalized styling, product knowledge, and confident fit recommendations to customers.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, perform price markdowns, and complete light cleaning tasks.
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable using networking and technology to drive sales.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours, including frequent bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
