Summary

Provide excellent customer service and drive sales both in-store and digitally by cultivating customer relationships and using selling tools such as text and social media. Deliver honest styling and fit advice while supporting department merchandising to keep the shopping experience customer-ready. This role requires a flexible schedule and occasional work in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow the rewards program enrollment
• Provide styling guidance and product knowledge to customers
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, completing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work collaboratively with the team and occasionally support other departments as needed

• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to stand and move for long periods, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds
