Summary

Provide personalized sales and styling support for women's apparel customers in-store and through digital channels. Build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and help maintain a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide honest feedback about style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and introduce customers to the rewards program.
• Fill orders, stock and re-merchandise products, process markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Adapt to business needs, including occasionally supporting other departments.
