Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow the customer base, including opening rewards program accounts
• Provide confident styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use selling tools and product knowledge to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work a flexible schedule and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
