Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit guidance, and grow rewards program membership.
• Maintain fashion and product knowledge and keep the department customer-ready through stocking, order fulfillment, merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Support other departments as needed and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
