Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and honest style and fit feedback
• Maintain department readiness through filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Grow customer base by opening new rewards program accounts
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet business needs
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments
