Summary

Provide attentive, style-focused service to customers on the sales floor and via digital channels, working to build lasting relationships and meet individual and department sales goals. The role supports merchandising tasks to keep the department customer-ready and may require assisting in other departments as business needs demand. Schedule varies and requires flexibility to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling advice and product guidance on fit and selection
• Perform merchandising tasks such as filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Promote and open customer accounts in the rewards program

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and follow through
• Flexible availability to work variable schedules and occasionally in other departments
• Physical ability to move continuously 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
