Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow the Nordstrom Rewards program
• Provide styling guidance and confident feedback on fit and product to customers
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with team members and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
