Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using texting and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling guidance and confident feedback on fit and product
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and apply price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Use networking and technology to support sales objectives
