Summary
Provide personalized lingerie fittings and styling in a retail environment, building customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions while meeting sales goals. Maintain product knowledge, support merchandising and fulfill operational tasks to keep the department customer ready.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring and recommending appropriate sizes and styles
- Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback to customers
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital communication
- Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance incentives
- Use technology and social media to engage customers and drive sales
- Collaborate with team on filling orders, restocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
- Handle merchandise including lifting and organizing stock
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement
- Empathy and sensitivity to provide body positive fittings for diverse customers
- Self motivated with a drive to meet sales targets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced retail setting
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation and ability to lift items up to 25 pounds
