Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Cultivate and grow a customer following through networking and technology
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Open new customer rewards accounts and grow loyalty
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
- Execute price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with team to deliver excellent customer service
- Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
