Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide personalized service and honest feedback on style and fit
• Use networking and technology including text and social media to drive sales
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders and restocking
• Perform re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs
