Summary

Independent and motivated logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments while supporting store operations and providing timely fulfillment of customer orders. Role requires attention to detail, ability to use inventory systems and perform physical tasks with a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
• Deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders with correct packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Support store operations including event setup, markdowns and relocating fixtures

Requirements

• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use various technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Ability to provide outstanding customer experiences
