Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling experiences on the sales floor. Drives individual sales through clienteling, outreach, and digital tools while supporting team objectives and developing lasting customer relationships. Acts as a store leader and an entry point for progression into management by coaching colleagues and upholding visual and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Grow personal business through outreach, wardrobing, clienteling, and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
• Support team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to develop customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, training, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred; strong customer service skills required.
• Comfort using CRM and digital selling tools to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.; ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
