Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver personalized customer service and styling advice on the sales floor, building lasting client relationships while driving store performance. They leverage clienteling and digital tools to identify opportunities and support business growth. The role also supports store standards, visual presentation, and mentorship of Brand Ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and thoughtful styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) to support store targets.
• Utilize CRM tools like Polo connect to capture meaningful customer data and support outreach.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors and participate in team training initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and support recruiting efforts.
• Balance operational tasks while prioritizing the customer experience across touchpoints.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume, specialty, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and maneuver around the sales floor for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
