Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional client experiences on the retail floor by showcasing product knowledge, offering personalized styling, and fostering long-term client relationships. This role supports store performance through clienteling, digital tools, and collaborative teamwork, and serves as an entry point to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations to drive sales and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain client relationships using CRM tools and outreach strategies to support clienteling efforts.
• Support team sales goals and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual performance plans.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandising according to company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, community outreach, and talent sourcing activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and operating a register for extended periods; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools for selling and clienteling is preferred.
