Sales Ambassador

Summary

A Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service on the sales floor, building genuine client relationships and leveraging product knowledge and digital tools to drive sales and clienteling. This role supports store performance by meeting individual KPIs, contributing to visual standards, and helping to develop and coach other team members. The position is an entry point for future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and outstanding customer service to drive sales and loyalty.
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data, support clienteling, and execute outreach.
• Collaborate with the team to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors, support training, and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain store visual standards, support merchandising, and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM systems preferred.
