Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences by providing personalized styling, product expertise, and attentive service to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. They leverage digital tools and clienteling to grow personal business, support team objectives, and serve as leaders within the store. This role is focused on executing brand standards, coaching peers, and contributing to store performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and personalized styling recommendations to clients.
• Strategize and execute personal business growth through clienteling, outreach, and digital tools.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs while supporting team sales plans and store initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and relationship building skills.
• Use CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards, participate in training, and contribute feedback on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register and be on foot for extended periods; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as business needs require.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM systems preferred.
