Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver elevated customer experiences on the sales floor by building genuine client relationships, offering personalized styling recommendations, and representing the brand with professionalism. The role focuses on driving individual sales results, supporting team objectives, and developing clienteling through both in-person and digital interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored product and styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through outreach, wardrobing, and leveraging digital tools for clienteling.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support ongoing client relationships.
• Coach and guide colleagues to develop customer-centric behaviors and contribute to team success.
• Maintain store visual standards and support store initiatives, training, and hiring activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.; ability to work around the sales floor, stock room, and cashwrap.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM platforms preferred.
