Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador curates personalized, high-touch shopping experiences that reflect the Ralph Lauren lifestyle and brand standards. This role drives sales through expert product knowledge, clienteling and digital tools while supporting team performance and development. The Sales Ambassador also helps maintain visual merchandising standards and participates in store initiatives and talent sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales performance and meet KPIs through wardrobing, outreach and leveraging CRM tools like Polo Connect.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to support customer-centric behaviors and team success.
• Support store initiatives, community outreach, training and talent sourcing efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure a high-quality in-store experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends; experience using digital selling tools preferred.
