Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional in-store client experiences through personalized styling, product expertise, and relationship building. The role focuses on driving sales, leveraging CRM and digital tools for clienteling, and supporting team development and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs, recommending products, and offering personalized styling advice.
• Drive sales performance and meet individual KPIs through outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling.
• Capture and maintain client data in CRM tools to support ongoing relationship development.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and contribute to team success.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and participate in store initiatives, training, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends and comfort using digital sales tools.
