Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling recommendations and expert product knowledge to customers.
- Drive sales by meeting individual performance metrics and supporting store sales plans.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and enhance clienteling.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer centric behaviors.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and visual techniques.
- Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and company policies.
- Support recruiting efforts by engaging in networking and talent sourcing.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for extended periods and perform light lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Comfort using digital tools for selling and customer outreach.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock areas, dressing rooms, cashwrap and office.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
