Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and styling experiences to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. They leverage product knowledge and digital tools to support clienteling and achieve sales goals while coaching peers and contributing to store initiatives. This role supports visual standards, community outreach, and development toward future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and styling recommendations to meet client needs and drive sales.
• Strategize personal business growth, execute outreach, and leverage digital tools for clienteling and CRM capture.
• Support team sales goals and collaborate to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to uphold customer-centric behaviors and performance standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and provide feedback on category opportunities.
• Participate in store and company initiatives, community outreach, and training activities.
• Balance tasks across the sales floor, stock areas, and cashwrap while prioritizing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM systems preferred.
