Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for clients by delivering personalized service, sophisticated styling recommendations, and deep product knowledge on the sales floor. They drive individual and store performance through clienteling, outreach, and use of digital tools while supporting team development and store standards. This in-store role contributes to business results and can serve as an entry point to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling and product recommendations.
• Grow personal business through wardrobing, outreach, clienteling, and leveraging digital tools like Polo Connect.
• Support the team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer centric behaviors and relationship building skills.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities, support hiring efforts, and participate in team training.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high volume, or high profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate the register and remain standing, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
