Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional customer service and personalized styling to cultivate lasting client relationships and drive sales. This in-store role leverages product knowledge and digital tools to support clienteling and contribute to team performance and store standards. The position supports coaching of Brand Ambassadors and serves as an entry point for future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and showcase detailed product knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Drive individual and team sales by supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and KPIs.
• Perform clienteling through outreach and use of CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to strengthen customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with merchandising and store presentation.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and support talent sourcing and training activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and operating a register for multiple hours; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
