Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and detailed product knowledge.
- Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing outreach and digital tools.
- Support team to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors on customer centric behaviors.
- Capture customer data using CRM tools to support clienteling efforts.
- Participate in store company and community initiatives.
- Maintain store visual standards following company guidelines.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and needs.
- Support hiring by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high volume or high profile specialty environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register stand move and walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor stock and dressing room areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
- Experience using digital tools for selling preferred.
