Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors provide an elevated in-store customer experience by delivering personalized styling, detailed product knowledge, and attentive client service. They drive individual and team sales through clienteling, outreach, and use of digital tools while coaching colleagues and supporting store initiatives. This role supports visual standards, CRM data capture, and serves as an entry point for future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through wardrobing, outreach, and leveraging digital tools.
• Utilize CRM (Polo Connect) to capture customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and company initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
• Support recruiting efforts by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort using digital selling tools and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
