Sales Ambassador

Summary

Provide an exceptional in-store customer experience by delivering personalized styling advice and building lasting client relationships. Drive individual sales performance through proactive outreach, clienteling and use of digital tools while supporting overall store goals. Act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor and support the development of teammates toward future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through wardrobing, outreach and collaboration with the team.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and use company visual techniques to present product.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach and team training to execute business results.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and support hiring and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room and cashwrap safely.
