Sales Ambassador

Summary

Curate exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor by delivering personalized styling and thoughtful product recommendations. Leverage product knowledge, digital tools and outreach to grow personal business and support store sales goals. Serve as a leader in-store by coaching peers and contributing to team training and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and detailed product knowledge.
• Develop personal business growth strategies including wardrobing, outreach and digital clienteling.
• Drive sales to meet individual and store targets and support team achievement of sales plans.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Capture and utilize CRM data to support clienteling and business initiatives.
• Maintain store visual standards and uphold brand presentation guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and support talent sourcing and training efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform moderate climbing.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital tools to support selling and client outreach preferred.
