As a Sales and Client Advisor with Keys at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's management by ensuring the proper execution of opening and closing procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, meeting the needs and expectations of our clients while contributing to the overall success of the store.

• Achieve sales goals and assist in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Organize the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback appropriately.
• Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
• Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Assist with visual display and merchandising as directed.
• Oversee store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of store property.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
