Summary

Develop and maintain deep, long lasting customer relationships to drive sales and loyalty within accessories and eyewear. Deliver extraordinary service, meet and exceed sales targets, and represent the brand through client outreach and product expertise. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a commission based role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients
• Exceed sales and service goals and targets
• Build and retain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and development
• Attend product knowledge and vendor training sessions
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail and electronic methods
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management when required
• Comply with health and safety and privacy policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission based luxury sales environment
• Proven consistent sales performance achieving and exceeding quotas
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong product knowledge across merchandise categories
• Ability to use multiple technology channels for client engagement
• Experience leveraging social media to build a personal brand
• Collaborative team orientation
• Proactive client outreach and curated selling approach
