Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate hired for the holiday period to support in-store functions such as concierge, giftwrapping, cashier, greeter, and fitting room. Role involves providing exceptional face to face customer service in a fast paced luxury retail environment with on the job training. Positions may be full time or part time with variable weekly hours and shift schedules through late December.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and act as a store ambassador
• Manage concierge and reception inquiries in person and respond to requests
• Wrap purchases according to giftwrapping standards
• Operate point of sale to ring up purchases and process payments
• Greet customers and provide directions and general information
• Maintain fitting room cleanliness and assist with locating sizes
• Process gift cards and handle basic customer service issues
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends

• Ability to operate store POS technology with training provided
