Summary

Seasonal Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer service during the holiday season, supporting assigned departments and collaborating with store teams to create a luxury shopping experience. Role is temporary for the holiday period with varied shift patterns and on the job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs within assigned areas of the store
• Provide extraordinary service to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
• Work assigned departments such as accessories menswear womenswear jewelry watches gifting and gourmet
• Refer customers to specialized colleagues for tailored services and expertise
• Support store team operations and perform other duties as assigned
• Participate in on the job training and adhere to store standards
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and face to face customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
• Availability for varied holiday season shifts between late October and late December
• Eligible to work in Canada and able to work in store
