Summary

Provide high-quality, customer-focused sales service on the retail floor, specializing in sun, watches, and luggage departments. Build product knowledge and recommend items that meet customer needs while maintaining visual merchandising standards. Support store operations through efficient transaction processing and inventory assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess needs, and deliver personalized product recommendations for sunglasses, watches, and luggage.
• Drive sales and meet individual and store performance goals through consultative selling and suggestive techniques.
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays, ensure accurate pricing, and keep product areas organized and well-stocked.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and inventory counts as needed to support stock availability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in accessories, watches, or luggage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic numeracy and comfort using point-of-sale systems; ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
