The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador and liaison between clients and the brand, providing exceptional service from welcome to close. The role focuses on product expertise, customer relationship development, and achieving sales goals in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance client relationships.
- Adhere to established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory and special projects.
- Support visual merchandising standards under direction from management.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior and follow dress code standards.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in training when requested.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated with ability to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to adapt to changing brand and company needs.
