Sales Associate

Summary

Join the store team to support sales and customer service across multiple departments including handbags, accessories and jewelry, apparel, shoes, lingerie, kids and home. This hiring event is for various Sales and Support positions with on the spot offers for many roles. Candidates should be prepared to interview and possibly start in customer facing or operational store roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide product knowledge and styling assistance
• Process transactions and handle customer payments
• Support merchandising and stocking activities
• Maintain visual standards and organized displays
• Participate in inventory, fulfillment and delivery tasks
• Work collaboratively with team to meet sales goals
• Attend hiring event interview and follow onboarding steps

Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
• Ability to perform merchandising and light lifting tasks
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Attend in person interview at the Burlington store
