Sales Associate - Natick Mall

Summary

Join the store team to provide excellent customer service and support sales across handbags, accessories, jewelry, women's apparel, lingerie, women's shoes, stock and fulfillment. Roles may include on the spot hiring and provide opportunities for advancement and benefits after hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Drive sales through product knowledge and styling assistance
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Support merchandising and maintain visual standards
• Receive, organize and replenish stock and fulfill orders
• Participate in hiring events and on the spot interviews when applicable
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals

Requirements

• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Basic point of sale and cash handling skills
• Comfort standing and moving on the sales floor for shifts
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Open to learning product categories and sales techniques
