Summary
Brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from welcome to close, acting as a liaison between clients and the brand. Represent the brand with expert product knowledge to exceed customer expectations and achieve sales goals. Support store initiatives including product launches, visual merchandising, and team training as requested.
Responsibilities
- Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance client relationships.
- Follow established sales techniques and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge.
- Support store operations including opening and closing duties and inventory tasks.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards under direction.
- Partner with team and management to achieve store goals and participate in training when requested.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and dress code.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly.
