Sales Associate

Summary

As a Maison Ambassador, the Sales Associate achieves sales targets and develops a client portfolio while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role also supports daily boutique operations and represents the Maison professionally.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales and after-sales experience.
• Develop client relationships, maintain accurate client records, resolve concerns, and support in-store and offsite events.
• Follow security and operating procedures, support boutique setup and maintenance, and assist with merchandising, inventory, and special projects.
• Stay informed about industry news and competitors and contribute to an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, along with other retail hours and occasional travel for training and events.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Computer and internet proficiency and Microsoft Office experience; SAP knowledge preferred.
• A college degree, additional language skills, and general knowledge of timepiece movements are preferred.
