Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an exceptional and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Deliver styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Engage in clienteling to drive repeat business and capture client data
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Continuously seek and receive feedback to improve performance
• Adhere to company policies and retail procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent customer service role
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated customer empathy and commitment to delivering excellence
