Summary

Provide exceptional client service and drive sales at the Cincinnati Premium Outlet store through clienteling, product knowledge, and maintaining store presentation. Support store operations and collaborate with colleagues to deliver an elevated brand experience. Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Develop client relationships and capture client data
• Initiate client contact and provide prompt follow up on inquiries and sales
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to foster open communication
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including operating a POS and using Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
