Summary
Provide exceptional luxury retail service to build long lasting client relationships and drive sales in a contemporary department. Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers consistently
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and service targets
- Acquire new clients develop existing client relationships and retain loyal customers
- Attend product vendor and company educational sessions
- Perform floor recovery visual merchandising and price changes
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone mail and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management as needed
- Comply with health and safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission based luxury sales environment
- Proven consistent sales performance with demonstrated quota attainment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong product knowledge across merchandise categories
- Comfortable using technology and multiple channels to engage clients
- Experience building a personal brand and using social media for client acquisition
- Proactive outreach to clients with curated product recommendations
- Good understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
