Support store sales goals by delivering excellent customer service and representing the brand. Grow brand awareness in the market, contribute to business development, and support the Store Manager in leading a team focused on client experience and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
• Maintain strong product knowledge and brand representation
• Support visual merchandising and merchandising guidelines
• Execute omnichannel service initiatives
• Assist the Store Manager in daily store activities and team collaboration
• Stay current on industry trends and brand culture

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or related customer-facing role
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge in denim or premium casual wear
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and support leadership
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States
