Responsibilities

• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock inventory, and keep the sales floor tidy and organized.
• Support loss-prevention efforts and adhere to store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in accessories, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience; attention to detail and reliability.
