Job Description

Summary

Experienced luxury sales professional responsible for developing long lasting client relationships and achieving sales goals in a fast paced boutique. The role emphasizes exceptional written and verbal communication, clienteling, and participation in community events to drive business. A bachelors degree or jewelry certification and significant industry experience are preferred. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and boutique sales goals through exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain a network of loyal clients through proactive outreach
  • Attend social functions to generate new business and engage prospective clients
  • Invite clients to in boutique events and coordinate client visits
  • Manage CRM initiatives including data capture accuracy and communications
  • Run gifting campaigns and prepare clientele reporting
  • Assist with daily display setup and breakdown and maintain boutique aesthetic
  • Balance daily business sales with High Jewelry sales efforts

Requirements

  • Approximately seven years of relevant experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree or jewelry certification preferred
  • Strong ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to attend community events and travel as required
  • Experience using CRM tools for clienteling and reporting
  • Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
