Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for the fine jewelry department in a high-end retail environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and recommend fine jewelry and accessory solutions.
• Demonstrate product features, educate customers on materials and care, and provide personalized styling advice.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive selling and follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock displays, and ensure accurate pricing and presentation.
• Process transactions, complete required documentation, and follow store security procedures for high-value items.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
• Strong customer service, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle and secure high-value merchandise and comply with store security and loss-prevention procedures.
