Sales Associate - Grand Prairie

Summary

Responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales through clienteling, product knowledge, and collaboration with store team. Support store operations and maintain a welcoming environment for clients. Work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated client experience and build client relationships
• Engage in clienteling and capture client data
• Follow up on sales events and client inquiries promptly
• Demonstrate product and brand knowledge
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Seek and receive feedback to support continuous learning

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
• Experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Ability to operate POS and use Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
