Summary
Provide exceptional client service as a Brand Ambassador at the outlet, driving sales and maintaining lasting client relationships. Report to the General Manager and support retail excellence through customer engagement, after sales service, and contributing to store initiatives and events.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experience and promote the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed daily monthly and yearly sales targets
- Capture client data and develop genuine client relationships to drive KPIs such as sales UPT and ATV
- Maintain client relationships through after sales service including follow up and thank you communications
- Support team efforts to generate new client relationships while maintaining existing ones
- Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
- Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit and care
- Develop and support business driving initiatives contests and events
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment luxury experience preferred
- Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques
- Proficiency with retail point of sale systems Word Excel and email
- Ability to thrive in a high paced environment and multi task effectively
- Positive outgoing high energy entrepreneurial and sales focused personality
