Summary
Develop deep, long lasting relationships with customers to drive sales, service, and loyalty in a luxury retail environment. Compensation is commission based and tied to individual sales performance. Role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and strong product and trend knowledge across store categories.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary customer service consistently
- Meet and exceed individual sales and service targets
- Acquire new customers and build a loyal personal client base
- Attend product and vendor training and internal seminars
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and price changes
- Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels about events and merchandise
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary
- Comply with health safety policies and privacy regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission based luxury sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong product knowledge across all store merchandise categories
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and acquire new clients
- Skilled using multiple technology channels and social media to engage clients
- Knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends
- Ability to use company client engagement tools and participate in training
